Shailesh Chandra, Wagh to lead new TaMo units

Tata Motors is reconstituting its board as its passenger and commercial vehicle businesses demerge into two distinct listed entities, TMPV and TMCV, effective October 1. N Chandrasekaran will chair both, with Shailesh Chandra leading TMPV and Girish Wagh heading TMCV. The restructuring includes significant board changes, new appointments, and a financial transfer to TMCV.
